Improve your sleep
This is a theme that's very dear to me.
Many of us are having difficulties either to falling asleep or staying asleep.
I'm convinced our bodies and minds can relearn how to achieve a better sleep quality. We will do Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons that will recalibrate your nervous system, so that your body and mind can ease into a state of calm, rest and relaxation.
Four weeks, Tuesdays, 11am to 12pm, starting on Tuesday, March 23rd, last class on April 13th.
Cost: $65 full series or $20 for a drop in class.
All classes will be taught via the Zoom platform and will be recorded. So, no worries if you're missing a class. Recording will be sent to you upon request.
