Mouth, Jaw, & Neck Connection

Let's keep discovering muscular holding patterns as well as the influence of the mouth/jaw and neck area on our nervous and balancing system.


Keeping this area free from tension can be a source of deep relaxation and ease.

Grinding teeth at night, clenching the jaw, soreness around the jaw joints are very common. This can lead to chronic pain in the TMJ (Temporomandibular) joint, headaches and shoulder/neck pain.


We will do Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons that will allow you to interrupt your habitual pattern of tension in this area. Let's restore comfort and ease in this important and expressive part of your body.




The Course:


Five weeks, Tuesdays, 11am to 12pm, starting on November 23rd, last class on December 21st.


Cost: $85 full series or $20 for a drop in class.


All classes will be taught via the Zoom platform and will be recorded. The recordings will be sent to participants and available for 30 days.
