Grinding teeth at night, clenching the jaw, soreness around the jaw joints are very common.
This can lead to chronic pain in the TMJ (Temporomandibular) joint, headaches and shoulder/neck pain.
We will do Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons that will allow you to interrupt your habitual pattern of tension in this area. Let's restore comfort and ease in this important and expressive part of your body.
Four weeks, Tuesdays, 11am to 12pm, starting on May 18th, last class on June 8th
Cost: $65 full series or $20 for a drop in class.
All classes will be taught via the Zoom platform and will be recorded. So, no worries if you're missing a class. Recording will be sent to you upon request.
